Best way to prepare notes for CSS?
(Abrar Ahmed | PAS | CSS-2017)
Step 1: Open the topic that you’re seeking to prepare
Step 2: Open past paper questions on that topic and write them down separately
Step 3: Open all resources you have on that topic/ subject- books, notes, online articles et cetera
Step 4: Systematically integrate the content from all these resources, the best of everything, in such a fashion that it comprehensively answers all the past paper questions on that topic.
Step 5: Evaluation: Your notes on any topic should be such that if you are required to answer any of the past paper question on that topic, you should be able to produce, on average, 7-8 faces of papers on that question.
Step 6: Closer to exams, condense these longer notes into separate one-page notes, ideally one page for one topic, so that you can use them for revision closer to and on the days of exams when you have too much to revise in too little time.
This practice helps you allocate only the requisite amount of time and effort on any given topic.
